Dare to Dream, Dream to Build is a collaborative effort of two local organizations focused on improving homeownership in East Central Illinois.  Our 2018 Dare to Dream, Dream to Build will be held on March 2nd at The Refinery in Champaign and we are planning this year’s event will be a tremendous success.  Our goal is to raise both awareness and support of our organizations and trigger further engagement for the year ahead.
